When Will I Receive My Tracking Number? Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be automatically updated in your OnBuy account. Please note that tracking information may take 3–5 business days to go live after dispatch, as our third-party logistics partners need time to hand over the parcel to the courier.

Why Is My Tracking Not Updating? It is normal for tracking information to show statuses such as:
- Royal Mail: "We're expecting it"
- DHL: "Shipment information received"
- DPD: "We've received your order details"
These statuses are normal and simply mean the parcel is being processed. Tracking will update once the courier has collected the parcel.
Still Haven't Received Your Order? If your order has not arrived within 6–9 business days after dispatch and the tracking has not updated, please contact us at contact@techinthebasket.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
